During the New York Climate Week (NYCW), the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) will be hosting the event “Forest Finance Leveraged for High Integrity in the Amazon” to discuss the progress and challenges of Brazil’s REDD+ Jurisdictional Programs in accessing climate finance. The event will bring together actors from state-level governments of Brazil’s Legal Amazon and representatives and decision-makers from Indigenous Peoples and Traditional Communities.
