UN-REDD 2026-2030 Strategy
UN-REDD’s updated 2026-2030 Strategy sets out the collective vision for the UN-REDD Programme to contribute to achieving the global goal of halting and reversing deforestation and forest degradation by 2030.
The 2026-2030 Strategy works towards four outcomes and three cross cutting elements, building on the experience, trust and traction gained at country, regional and global levels over the past 15 years:
The UN-REDD Programme wishes to acknowledge the valuable contributions and feedback that informed the development of the UN-REDD 2026–2030 Strategy, provided through extensive consultations with stakeholders, including a public e-consultation process.
