Clarifying safeguards

Identifying and documenting a more detailed elaboration of each of the seven broad principles embodied in the Cancun safeguards in terms of their substantive content. This may comprise country-specific thematic, criteria, indicators or narrative statements, in relation to the REDD+ actions comprising the national strategy or action plan. Also referred to as "interpreting", "specifying" or "unpacking" safeguards.
