La integridad ambiental y social es un aspecto esencial para alcanzar los objetivos de REDD+ y para escalar y diversificar el financiamiento. En este proceso, la anidación se presenta como una herrami- enta clave para lograr estos objetivos. Durante los encuentros organizados por el Programa ONU-REDD en la Ciudad de Panamá en octubre del 2023 tuvimos la oportunidad de dialogar y evaluar alternativas para fortalecer sistemas de salvaguardas, gobernanza y de contabilidad eficientes y transparentes que atraigan financiamiento previsible y sostenible para el clima y los bosques. Este documento resume los principales puntos discutidos durante el encuentro.
